The second and next step is to assemble the wax grinding of the two components of the ring material, and use a pointed soldering iron to glue the wax onto the diagram, sticking them together. At this stage of production, the ring will be adjusted to a customized size. Craftsmen can make the ring smaller by cutting off a portion of its outer diameter, or by filling in the outer diameter to make it larger. Then the craftsman will make a wax structure and place it on top. They are preparing to cast several ring quality wax films at the same time. They welded a small tendon to each mold and then connected each tendon to a thick wax stick. After completing this step, a tree like branch structure appears, on which all the wax films are fixed. Next, the craftsman welded this structure onto a rubber base and placed a thin metal tight screen over it. Subsequently, the craftsman will mix some gypsum and stir for half an hour, using a vacuum cleaner to remove all bubbles. Then, the mixed gypsum will be injected into a bacterial bottle, surrounding the wax film and supporting structure inside. After 12 hours, the gypsum will become hard. The gypsum forms a shell around the wax film, and then it is put into the oven to burn for 12 hours. The wax inside is melted, leaving a hollow shell in the shape of the wax film.
Thirdly, now only some metals need to be melted. The final pouring technique using wax to make molds is called paraffin casting technique. Next, the craftsman pours the melted gold into the gypsum shell. The gold flows into the groove and enters the cavity left by the melted wax. The cooled shell turns into a solid and enters cold water. The hot gypsum immediately dissolves, leaving behind the cast product. The model previously made of wax has now been made into a gold replica. Next, cut off the components that make the ring from the supporting structure, and the craftsman needs to grind off the excess residue. Next, use a fine polishing tool to polish the inner surface of the ring. In order to make the outer surface of the ring smoother, the craftsman will use a polishing wheel for processing. There are several openings on the grinding wheel of the grinding wheel, which create a perspective effect when the grinding wheel rotates. Now that the entire surface of the ring has been polished smooth, it can be polished.
Fourthly, the ring will be coated with some polishing compound and then polished with another wheel with an opening. Next, the interface part will be sent to the gemstone inlay department, where the technician will use a fine rotary tool to polish the contour of each inlay hole to fit the sharp gemstone inlay at the bottom. Then the technician will set each gem. The four claws around are pressed against the edge of the gemstone. Next, the technician needs to set diamonds. He presses each diamond in, then presses the surrounding metal inward to fix the diamonds below, completing the surface of the ring. Then the craftsman needs to weld it on the base, use a spray gun to spray a thin black paint spray on the ring surface after welding, and then wipe off the residue, which will leave a black background and highlight the details on the ring. Some rings also require a hair salon decoration, which is actually liquid glass that can be painted on like paint and then baked in an oven for 30 minutes. Finally, the factory will use a computer-controlled engraving machine to mark a name or other meaningful information on the surface of the medium or internal testing according to customer requirements.
